Cold Strawberry Soup

Who doesn’t love a good soup once in a while? Well, what if it’s warm outside or you’d like something different than hot soup? The answer is: try this fruity chilled sweet soup – you’ll have your soup and dessert! It cools you down and is delicious, take it from me. The recipe is below – enjoy!


  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 lbs. fresh strawberries (halved: 8 cups)
  • ½ cup sugar

In a blender, combine the yogurt, orange juice, strawberries, and sugar in batches; cover and process until blended. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with additional yogurt and mint leaves if desired. Makes 6 servings.
