Hi, Amazing Kids! I hope you enjoy this delicious recipe: Figgy Trail Mix. My high-energy snack is super easy to make and gives you the fuel to be your best. Moreover, figs are one of the healthiest food choices because they are high in fiber, calcium, and antioxidants. Since this fruit contains 55 percent natural sugar, it is also a sweet, delicious treat. I encourage you to give this recipe a try! Enjoy!

Figgy Trail Mix


  • Cherries
  • Mixed Nuts
  • Chex
  • Pretzel Sticks
  • Figs
  • Popcorn
  • Cumin
  • Chili Powder
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Canola Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add pretzel sticks, Chex, mixed nuts, salt, and pepper to a baking dish.
  3. Mix with spoon.
  4. Combine canola oil, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, and chili powder in a measuring cup.
  5. Drizzle the liquid in the measuring cup over the baking dish.
  6. Put baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Add cherries, figs, and popcorn to trail mix.
  8. Serve on plate.
