Glazed Carrots with Orange Sauce
- Pour orange juice into a pan on the stove.
- Add honey, orange zest, and blanched carrots to the pan.
- Stir ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Stir again.
- Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low heat until carrots are tender and glazed.
- Turn off stove.
- Spoon carrots onto plate.
- Garnish with parsley.
