Hi, Amazing Kids! I hope you love this recipe as much as I do! My Radish and Cucumber Bruschetta is the perfect dish to enjoy flavorful vegetables this month. In fact, the radishes are full of vital nutrients, fiber, and vitamins and minerals—all of which make for a healthy and energizing meal. From the freshness of parsley to the citrus taste of lemon juice, each ingredient that contributes to this recipe brings with it a unique component. Radish and Cucumber Bruschetta


  • Parsley
  • Cucumber
  • Radishes
  • French Bread
  • Lemon Juice
  • Dill
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Place olive oil, garlic, and radishes in a pan. Sauté mixture.
  2. Add cucumbers, salt, and pepper. Continue to sauté.
  3. Place French bread on a baking sheet so that slices are flat.
  4. Mix lemon juice with olive oil; apply liquid mixture to the surface of the bread.
  5. Put parsley on top of French bread.
  6. Broil bread in oven.
  7. Place sautéed radish mixture on top of bread. Present on a plate.
  8. Garnish with dill.
