Hi Amazing Kids! I hope school is going great for everyone. Today I’d like to share one of my favorite dishes – Peas and Orange Saute. I hope you enjoy it!

Peas and Orange Sauté
Ingredients:
- Onion
- Peas
- Olive Oil
- Orange Juice
- Orange zest (orange shaved with a zester)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pull out sauté pan and spoon
Directions:
- Pour some olive oil into the sauté pan and put on medium heat.
- When heated, add the onions and sauté until caramelized and tender.
- Add the peas.
- Pour the orange juice into the pan with the other ingredients and stir gently.
- Grate an orange with a zester and add to the sauté pan. (Be sure to only use the orange part of the rind so it is not bitter.)
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir occasionally until the peas are cooked, but not mushy.
- Pour the peas into a bowl and serve.
