Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Below is a recipe for my favorite, healthy breakfast item – a breakfast smoothie. It keeps me satisfied until lunch, and it’s healthy and tastes good at the same time. Enjoy!


  • 1 cup plain, organic, unsweetened yogurt
  • Half cup organic whole milk
  • Squirt of raw local honey
  • Handful of frozen fruit
  • Ten+ drops of liquid Stevia
  • Other fruit as desired
  • Option scoop of vanilla protein powder


Put all ingredients into blender, blend until all is mixed. Pour into glass and enjoy!
