Q. What is your New Year’s resolution?

Allison Stein, Editor-in-Chief and Poetry Editor: In the next year, I would like to focus on making differences big and small in the lives of others. I want to make someone smile each day. This holiday season, I find it important to contribute to the world around me and spread joy wherever I go.

Madisen Garcia, Contributing Writer: My first New Year’s resolution is to get more exercise. My second New Year’s resolution is to spend more time with my family.

Aryaman Sheth, Photography Editor: My resolution is to get great grades to get into one of the universities on my list.

Stella Prince, Nonfiction, AK Adventures, and Global Village Editor: I want to always try and be a better person and to treat everyone with kindness!

Jordan Brunk, Amazing Kids from History Editor and Contributing Writer: My New Year’s resolution is to be a more optimistic person. More often than not, I find myself to be pretty pessimistic, so my goal this year is to be a more positive person and see the best in things and situations.
