Sarina Patel, Jr. Assistant Editor and Comic Hub Co-Editor – Writer’s block has been a tremendous obstacle between me and my creativity. I have personally learned that it comes less from not knowing what to write and more from being conscious about what to write. Though it is difficult, I have started to overcome it by thinking about the emotion that I want to convey, being unafraid to write down exactly what I think, and returning later to edit my work into the final product.
Stella Prince, AK Adventures and Nonfiction Editor – I was afraid to swim when I was younger. I could go in the water, put I was scared to put my face in. After a few years of many swimming lessons, I can swim very well now. But in the beginning I was terrified!
