Your Words Make a Difference!

By Madisen Garcia, Contributing Writer

Words are what we use to convey emotion, thoughts, and interests. But sometimes we forget to use our words for good and instead use them for harm. So, the next time you’re about to speak, think of how your words will affect other people.

My challenge for YOU is the next time you go to the grocery store, compliment five people! The old saying, “You reap what you sow” really is true! Those people will leave the store feeling better about themselves and in return will compliment other people. Soon there will be a ripple of kindness, and it all starts with you! If you want, your words can build buildings, start ripples of kindness, show the good in every situation! You can do anything with words alone! So, in conclusion, words are a powerful tool! Will you use it for harm or for good?
